Cancellation Insurance.
If you purchase our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration and you subsequently need to cancel, you will
get all your money back minus the cost of the insurance. This applies up until the day before your camp session
starts, so you are completely covered up until that point. You can cancel for any reason up to the day before your
camp starts and it doesn't matter to us.
If you are injured during your Deluxe session and decide to leave our facility and care
If cancellation insurance was purchased at the time of registration, Camp of Champions will take the injured camper to Vancouver airport, but are not responsible for any costs incurred for any travel arrangements such as airfare, dorm etc.
If you purchased our cancellation insurance at the time of registration, you will get a compensation refund of $150 CDN per day for the days missed due to injury, once the camper leaves our facility and care.
If you purchased our cancellation insurance at the time of registration, the daily compensation refund starts from the day after you leave our facility and care in Whistler.
For example:
1. You registered for an 8 day Deluxe Camp
2. You arrive Thursday (Day 1)
3. You get injured on Friday (Day 2)
4. You leave our facility and care on Saturday (Day 3)
5. You would get compensation for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. (5 remaining days worth of compensation refund totaling $750 CDN)
There are no compensation refunds or refunds of any kind if your reason for departure from camp is homesickness.
If you are injured during your Team Camp session and decide to leave our facility and care
There is no refund if you have to leave camp early. If you have to cancel before you arrive at camp the refund policy is the same. You get everything back minus the cost of the insurance.

Deluxe Camp and Standard Camp Airport Transfers.
Pick-up from and drop-off at Vancouver International Airport YVR between 11am and 4pm on the camp
start / end dates is included with the Deluxe and Standard Camp options.
Bike Damage Insurance
Most of the bikes you will be riding at camp are World Cup race caliber bikes. That means expensive parts to replace when you break them. Our Bike Damage Insurance is $60 CAD for a 5 day session or $120 CAD for an 8 day session. It is a small price to pay for the peace of mind that you will get the 5 seconds after you blow up in Goats Gully and watch your bike bounce off rocks and then stop dead against a tree. Save yourself the expense of having to replace expensive parts by geting the insurance. Just ask Bender, the camper from two years ago how much he saved. His name says it all.
Bringing Your Own Bike
If you're bringing your own bike and do not require use the demo bikes you can select the option "Bringing Your Own Bike" on the registration form. This will give you a $150 discount per 8 day camp.
