Payment Details

Deposit is due upon registration. The remaining final payment is due 60 day prior to the start of your session.

The best method of payment is by credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Any checks sent in the mail must be money orders or bank drafts. Sorry, no exceptions.

Deposit

To register for camp, we only need the deposit amount, the remaining final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of your session. The deposit corresponds to the length of camp session you've chosen, see below. This amount is deducted from your outstanding balance.

Registrations are not valid unless accompanied with the appropriate deposit.

HST Information

HST stands for Goods and Services Tax. It's a 5% tax applied to everything that is purchased in Canada.

Please Note:

The deposit is completely non-refundable, non-transferable, and there are no refunds whatsoever after May 1st, 2013 UNLESS cancellation insurance was purchased at the time of registration.

All prices are subject to 5% HST. HST dropped to 5% GST on April 1st 2013 and the new rate will be reflected in your final payment.

Knowing how "endless" registration forms and waivers feel, we've gone out of our way to make our registration process as simple and easy as possible by combining our Registration Form and Waiver. Instead of having to fill everything out again for the waiver, we have integrated the registration and waiver all into one document so when you download the PDF and fill out the Registration Form, the waiver auto fills for you so all you have to do is print it, add your hospital/medical details, sign it, fax it and forget it. You can also scan and email it to us if that is easier. Best of all the Registration Form is designed to be filled on your computer with Adobe Reader so it's quick and easy.

Cancellation Insurance

If you purchase our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration and you subsequently need to cancel, you get all your money back minus the cost of the insurance provided that the cancellation is made in writing more than seven (7) day prior to the start of your session.

If You Cancel Your Booking.

If you cancel in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the start of your camp session.

• If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, you get all your money back minus the cost of the insurance. This applies up until 7 days before your camp session starts, so you are completely covered up until that point.
• If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, you can cancel for ANY REASON UP TO SEVEN DAYS BEFORE YOUR CAMP STARTS it doesn't matter to us. For instance, if the camper gets injured before their camp starts, a family emergency occurs or the camper doesn't make the grade at school, you get all your money back (minus the cost of the insurance).

The Cancellation Insurance only covers cancellations before camp starts.<p/p>

If You Do Not Purchase Cancellation Insurance.

If you cancel your camp registration, AND DID NOT PURCHASE OUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE at the time of registration, here is our policy:

• The deposit amount you have paid is completely non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Up until May 1, 2013 you will get any remaining money back, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• After May 1, 2013, there are absolutely no refunds or transfers, for whatever reason and you will lose all the money paid to Camp of Champions. No exceptions.

Please understand that these policies are in place for a reason, and we have to abide by them, no matter what the circumstances. We cannot deviate from them. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

If you purchase our Injury Insurance for Overnight or Day Camp.

If you purchase our Injury Insurance at the time of registration and subsequently are injured at camp, you will receive a refund of $150 per day commencing the day after you leave our care.

If you are injured during your Overnight or Day Camp session and decide to leave our facility and care.

• If Injury Insurance was purchased at the time of registration, Camp of Champions will take the injured camper to Vancouver airport, but are not responsible for any costs incurred for any medical costs or travel arrangements such as airfare, accommodation etc.
• If you purchased our Injury Insurance at the time of registration, you will get a compensation refund of $150 CDN per day for the days missed due to injury, once the camper leaves our facility and care.
• If you purchased our Injury Insurance at the time of registration, the daily compensation refund starts from the day after you leave our facility and care in Whistler.

  For example:

  1. You registered for an 8 day Camp
  2. You arrive Sunday (Day 1)
  3. You get injured on Monday (Day 2)
  4. You leave our facility and care on Tuesday (Day 3)
  5. You would get compensation for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (5 remaining days worth of compensation refund at $150 totalling $750.00 CDN.
